Please be advised that individual (third party) business terms and conditions will apply to each prize, please check the terms and conditions before redeeming, they are listed at the end of this document.
The winner for each prize will be drawn at random the day following the prize giveaway. They will be notified in the comment section and via private message on the platform entered on (if you allow messages from those who don’t follow your account). It is the winner’s responsibility to check comments and messages.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, we reserve the right to redraw that winner.
Terms and Conditions
- This giveaway is hosted and sponsored by Visit Milford on Sea. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any Social Media Platform, Instagram or Meta.
- This giveaway is open residents of the UK and Ireland who are 18 years and over.
- The prize/giveaway is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalents is allowed. Visit Milford on Sea and all third parties reserve the right to substitute the prize/giveaway with another of equal or greater value.
- By participating you the ‘participant’ agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decision of Visit Milford on Sea is final and binding.
- Visit Milford on Sea reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway, prizes and these terms and conditions without notice.
- By entering the giveaway, you grant Visit Milford on Sea the right to use your entry, name, likeness and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
- By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Visit Milford on Sea and Instagram from any liability, claims or damages that may arise from your participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
- Visit Milford on Sea is not responsible for inaccurate giveaway details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- Winner’s details may be passed to the third party with the purpose to provide the prize.
- Visit Milford on Sea’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Each prize will be redeemed subject to availability at third party business, family tickets are as deemed by the attractions.
- This giveaway is governed by laws of the United Kingdom without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway participants agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court.

- The Paddle on the Green. 1 x keep cup, plus a coffee & cake voucher. Must be used by 1st March 2025. Includes any hot drink/cake up to the value of £7.50. Keep cup and voucher can be claimed by showing proof of being the prize winner and must be collected in person from The Paddle on the Green, 4 Church Hill, Milford on Sea SO41 0QH. Voucher is not transferable for cash.

- The Bridge, Milford on Sea. 2 x cinema tickets. Valid for movies January – March 2025. The Bridge to email winner directly to organise tickets and choice of movie.
- The Cave. 1 x Magnum of wine to take away, collect from The Cave, 2 Church Hill, Milford on Sea SO41 0QH. Valid until 20th February 2025.
- South Lawns. One night stay, dinner, bed & breakfast. Must be pre booked at least 7 days prior to arrival, to book please call the hotel on 01590 643911 and check availability. Valid for 12 months (expires 23rd December 2025), you must have stayed by 23rd December 2025. Not available for one night on a Saturday from the 1st May 2025 to 30th September 2025. If you need to change the date once booked you must do so at least 3 days prior to arrival, cancellation/amendment must be 3 days prior to arrival to avoid losing the voucher. Your notification of winning is required to be forwarded to the hotel at time of booking to claim the prize.
