Carrington Stables (sleeps 4 and dog-friendly) is a contemporary coastal holiday home a short walk from Milford on Sea’s village centre, with cafés, pubs, and independent shops close by. This beautifully finished, and completely self-contained annexe combines comfort with a refined yet relaxed feel, making it a great choice for couples, small families, or friends looking for a seaside getaway with the beach and village life on your doorstep.

Inside, calming, neutral shades reminiscent of sand and sea create a soothing backdrop. The open-plan living space has been carefully designed, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen alongside a cosy lounge, which is a comfortable spot for unwinding after a day out. The sofa bed here acts as a second bedroom for the third and fourth guests. A separate, dedicated bedroom with a modern en-suite shower room continues the sleeping arrangements, featuring a double bed dressed in white cotton linens that invite a blissful night’s sleep.

The outside space at Carrington Stables is a private courtyard that’s a peaceful and sheltered suntrap. Planted troughs surround a table and chairs for four, providing all you’ll need for enjoying coffee in the morning sun or an evening glass of wine under the night sky. For guests bringing dogs, it’s a safe and convenient space that adds to the property’s easy-going charm.

Carrington Stables is well placed for exploring the village and the surrounding area, where clifftop walks are nothing short of spectacular. Expect sweeping views of the Solent and across to the Isle of Wight, which is less than a mile away. The pebble beach is lovely for a swim, and keep an eye out for seals and dolphins, who are often spotted from the shore. The New Forest National Park, with its free-roaming ponies, donkeys and woodland wildlife, is also close by, with endless trails and open heathland to discover on foot, bike, or horseback.

For larger groups, Carrington Stables can be booked alongside Carrington Farmhouse (sleeping eight and dog-friendly), creating a versatile base for up to twelve guests wanting to holiday together while enjoying their own private space.
