About

Joey Owen Coaching uses carefully designed coaching and applied drama techniques to help improve your confidence and become more intellectually, physically and emotionally confident in yourself, worklife and relationships. Joey is a fully qualified Theatre for Development Practitioner (MA), Drama Teacher (BA Hons) and a certified Strategic Intervention (SI) Coach under teachers Tony Robbins, Chloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha. With 20 years experience in the education and development sectors in the UK, Europe and South Asia, Joey has cultivated a significant understanding of the methods required for building confidence, self-determination, teamwork and empowerment.

Joey works in three stages:

1. Gain Clarity
Joey will carefully listen in order to ensure that she understands exactly what her client wants to change and the reasons behind why the changes haven’t been made before now.

2. Strategy Creation
A plan, specifically tailored to work for the client, together with a step-by-step blueprint for the client to follow and achieve the change they want.

3. Accountability
This is key to a client’s success and ensuring sustainability in the change they create. A lot of people can fall back to old habits so Joey together with the client will ensure changes stick.

Joey specialises in working with those who need to overcome anxieties and insecurities that block true confidence. She can help clients strengthen a steadfast self-belief, learn to hold powerful conversations, facilitate effective communication and improve personal relationships.

Testimonials

“Joey helped my daughter grow in confidence, manage her stress and uncertainty about herself. She’s more confident with people, in groups, at uni, she just goes about with more readiness that gets things done. She’s thriving really.”
Julie, mum of Lily, 18

“You balanced your playful energy with a deep and serious approach so I felt really comfortable speaking my mind. And your homework has made me really believe in myself more… now without you messaging me to do it!”
Catherine, Teacher
